Hazed

Hello and once again, another edition of Hazed & Confused here. It does not seem that long ago we were here!

So not much has happened in the world of Indy since the last time we were here, but a very interesting thing has happened since I've seen reported in many places and that is that ROH wrestler Larry Sweeney has been suspended from the company and shows off this weekend. No news has come out exactly why or what has to be suspended Sweeny. Personally I hope it's nothing too serious Sweeny is gold on the microphone and has a charismatic style.

Speaking of ROH, when you read this will have been held their 7th anniversary show on Saturday 21 March, which takes place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York.
Matches to be played are:

* ROH Champion Nigel McGuinness vs. Pro Wrestling NOAH GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion KENTA
* ROH Tag Team Title Match: Kevin Steen & El Generico vs. The Wolves of America
Ultimate Endurance Match: Tyler Black, Necro Butcher and Delirious vs. Austin Aries and Jimmy Jacobs and Brodie Lee
* Bryan Danielson and a mystery partner vs. Bison Smith and a mystery partner
* Brent Albright vs. Claudio Castagnoli
* Jerry Lynn vs. Mike Quackenbush
* D-Lo Brown vs. Jay Briscoe

For latest ROH news, there was a show on Friday March 20 in Elizabeth, PA.
Match results are:

1. Delirious def. Sterling James Keenan.
2. Kenny King & Rhett Titus def. Erick Stevens & Matt Cross.
3. Bryan Danielson def. Mike Quackenbush.

5. Brodie Lee & Jimmy Jacobs def. The Necro Butcher & Tyler Black.
6. Austin Aries def. Roderick Strong
7. GHC Jr. Heavyweight Champion KENTA & El Generico def. ROH World Champion Nigel McGuinness and Davey Richards
After the last game, it was feared that McGuinness was wounded had severe pain in his shoulder after of KENTA hit the GTS on it. However it has been given the go-ahead to fight on the program March 21.

Well, I was wrong and thats actually quite ABIT news from the scene of Indy!

So, now the party everyone was waiting, Hazed & Confused Interview Indy!

Welcome to another interview here in Indy Hazed & Confused, join us this week is CZW and a fighter and a member of ENO BLKout, Sabian.
Sabian, thanks for being with us this week.

We have some questions for you about wrestling and his career and let's finish with a few at random. Some of these have been sent by our readers

1) First, for those not familiar with you, Could you give us some background information about you?
I'm from Philadelphia. I have been fighting since February 2000, mainly in the east coast, but I've struggled in the South, Midwest, abroad ...
I would say I'm one of the most under rated current of the wrestlers in the Indy scene.

2) What believes that "UNIQUE" about himself that makes him different from other fighters?
I adapt to any fighting style and know how to stay cool and not become stale, like many other fighters out there. Many of them are boys Some of these fans seem so much praise. I know how to entertain and give people value for their money.

3) Who do you think are the most influential people in his career as a wrestler?
Over time there have been different people, but now I would say the most influential are Wild Samoan Afa and Big Vito.

4) that the wrestlers do you see as an inspiration to the wrestling company?
Any veterinarian who has been at the top and are willing to share their knowledge and tips with us guys who are coming in, guys who are respectful, humble and grateful to get this advice from them.

5) What do you think the best advice I have received in the wrestling business and from whom?
The more advice that I received is that no matter how long you're in the game, never stop learning. In addition, to remain always humble and never forget where come.

6) What do you see as highlights in his career to date?
Having the opportunity to fight in Spain. I really learned a lot while I was there, as far as, how to be better and more entertaining performer.

Also, I received plenty of advice useful types that have been around for a long time and have achieved in the business.

7) Five years from now, where would you like to see your career wrestling?
WWE.

8) What kind of training / conditioning do for wrestling?
Weight lifting and training in the ring every day.

9) What do you think the best thing about being a wrestler?
Doing something I love to entertain people and to the point where I always want to see perform again and again.

10) What are your thoughts on the movie "The Wrestler" and its representation of the circuit Indy?
The film was very good and is right at the point with what the fighters go and deal with Indy.

11) Are there any companies that still have not worked so that you would like?
WWE, TNA, Zero One, New Japan, WWC.

12) Who has had the most fun to work with or work computer?
The list of people I enjoyed working with is too long so I would simply say, people who have a natural chemistry. As far as teamwork goes, BLKout is my crew.

13) Who, who have not worked or was associated with even want?
Jushin "Thunder" Liger

14) How did you come up with his trick and name in the ring?

My ring name "Sabian" came from the movie "The Negotiator". Name Kevin Spacey in the movie was, Chris Sabian and that was the name originally used when I started the fight.
However, I dropped the "Chris" because it was not necessary.
My trick is just me with the volume up.

15) Have you ever accidentally found bookers contact you think you were Chris Sabin?
That never happened, but I had to change my name to television in Spain for ENO, because Rikishi considered "Sabian" sounded too "Chris Sabin. My name there is Spade O.

16) Lastly, any advice for people starting or who want to get into the business?

Do not enter it unless you are serious and can not handle the stress, pain, injury, backstabbing, people playing politics, the promoters shadow, grown men and women who act like children and like the high school games and, above all, people do not understand that professional wrestling is a form of entertainment and not "real." If you can address all those things, then it is for you.

And now some less serious matters.

Favorite TV Show?
The Wire

Favorite Band and / or song?
Diplomats and State Property. I have lots of favorite songs, I can not choose just one.

Who is cooler, Chuck Norris or Mr. T?
Mr T

If you have not guessed already, next week will interview with * drumroll *... Lufisto!

Anyway, thank you all once again for reading and I'll be back again at the same time next week.
