what do you think about the dudley's might be coming back to WWE when their contract expires with TNA?
Team 3-D's deal is up sometime prior to the end of this year and there is no guarantee they will be re-signing. Both have been complimentary to WWE in off-screen interviews in recent months, though the feeling is that Brother Ray in particular would have to lose a lot of weight before WWE would consider him. There is also the possibility that he'll return alone as an agent, which he has also discussed in the past. The downside of leaving TNA and going back on the road full-time with WWE is that they would almost certainly have to give up their pro wrestling school in Florida, which they just opened up and put a lot of time and money into. Also, both guys have saved their money and would be able to survive just fine without pro wrestling.

Well I would particularly not want them to be on WWE Telivision. I believe they will resign with TNA, but if they don't, WWE would not be a good choice for them.
They would have to give up the school that they just created and that would be a total waste of money. Also, they are doing just fine in TNA, their characters are being used properly, and I don't think that the WWE would use them like they were used back in the original ECW. If they went back to WWE, I'm pretty sure that any reputation gained in ECW would be destroyed. They would eventually end up as Jobbers on ECW to the new stars.
I think that 3D knows that would happen to them and if they were smart, they would just stay with their wrestling school.
If they were to go alone, I would deffinately want Devon to go, because he could easily be rebuilt into a new gimmick and be on Raw as an enforcer character. Bubba Ray would have to lose a ton of weight, which I think is possible, but I don't think they could make a believable transformation of character with him. But the smartest thing to do would be to resign with TNA.
