Wrestling Tournaments In Nyc
Are there any open gyms for Wrestling/MMA in the NY Metropolitan area?
I am a former HS wrestler and big MMA fan. I would like to learn some submission moves to compete in grappling tournaments. I do not have $130 a month to shell out though. Does anyone know of any open gyms in the NYC area where people can work out and grapple that is cheap or free? It is amazing to me that this would not exist. I am not looking for free lessons, just a place for like minded people to learn together.
